Working with clients to help improve their project management skills, such as goal setting, subcontractor selection/management, contract reviewing, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and communications.
Helping to resolve conflicts with neighbors, suppliers, sub-contractors, and building departments

Serving as a guide throughout the construction project
Resolve project shutdowns and building department disputes.
Review and create budgets and estimates for clients to use for analysis, loans, or investment
Provide second opinions on other quotes, budgets and/or scopes
Furnish construction documentation for insurance claims
Provide analysis for attorneys and clients seeking legal action
For lenders, investors, homeowners, property owners, insurance companies, and management companies we inspect work in progress and provide reports as needed. We also conduct pre-building inspector inspections for framing, site work insulation, and final. We provide second opinions for construction progress and completion percentage analysis.
